Soziale Organisationen haben kürzlich eine Adaption an das Konzept von Leadership begonnen. Die besonderen Charakteristika von Leadership in sozialen Organisationen sind noch kaum identifiziert. Ziel dieses Beitrags ist es, die Form zu bestimmen, die Leadership im Kontext von Autorität, Macht und Management und in Bezug auf den sozialen Kontext annimmt. Die zunehmende Dominanz ökonomischen Denkens hat dazu beigetragen, dass die Rolle sozialer Prinzipien immer prekärer wird. Leadership könnte sich einer besonderen Herausforderung gegenüber sehen, wenn sie Verantwortung für den Schutz sozialer Prioritäten vor Angriffen aus der Wirtschaft übernimmt. "Social institutions have recently started to adapt the principle of leadership. The particular characteristics of leadership in social institutions have hardly been identified yet. In this article, the author's aim at identifying the shape that leadership takes in the context of authority, power, management and with relation to the social aspect. The increasing dominance of economic thinking has contributed to an increasingly precarious position of social principles. Leadership might face a special challenge when it takes on responsibility of protecting social priorities from an nihilation through economy.
