"The author proposes a concept of interdisciplinary dialog between theological ethics and economics. This dialog is the basic of business ethics. The main problem of the method of business ethics is the relation of categorical and empirical certainties. The analysis of the economic approaches of Bruno Molitor and Karl Homann shows that Molitor isolates the ethics from the economics and Homann substitutes the ethics. Nevertheless these approaches have special strong points, which are helpful in the theological theory of ethical decision: There is the approach of the German 'Ordnungstheorie', which is a special form of institutional economic and there is comparative analysis of institutions working with the model of the homo oeconomicus. The author develops a frame-theory, that founds a model of correlation between ethics and economics." (author's abstract)... view less
