(Autorenreferat)

"In this article the author would like to share some aspects of his experience as a scientific assistant as well as a consultant for business ethics. Analyzing discussions and interviews with philosophers and managers it seems that even though they all talk about business ethics, they have different fields of interest, different concerns, different languages. Therefore, it is necessary for philosophers working as business ethics consultants to see economic challenges through their manager's eyes in order to effectively help their company with wellfounded ethical arguments."
