Abstract The problem of quality of the workforce for the innovation economy is an extremely relevant and depends on the accepted ideology of quality management training. It is proposed to use the hermeneutic approach to quality management training, which removes the barriers between fields of knowledge and required level of quality-oriented person, and all components of the object management combines effective process.
