| Abstract | The research results of the parental installations of teachers are presented. The comparative and factorial analysis of the parental installations of teachers are carried out: the parental installations of teachers and not teachers ones are compared. It is shown that the parental installations of teachers have the originality, reflecting the specificity of their professional activities, and act as determinants of professional selection and professional development of specialists engaged in education of children. Репринцева Галина Анатольевна: В статье представлены результаты исследования родительских установок педагогов, проведен их сравнительный и факторный анализ: сопоставлены родительские установки педагогов и непедагогов. Показано, что родительские установки педагогов обладают своеобразием, отражающим специфику их профессиональной деятельности, и выступают в качестве детерминант профессионального выбора и профессионального становления специалистов, за-нятых воспитанием детей. |
