[Autorenreferat] "The literature equates networks with cooperative and consensual modes of collaboration. However, current research shows that both conflict and power asymmetries are the rule rather than the exception. Based on a comparison of public management collaborations, basic mechanisms and effects of political processes in networks are being identified. Future research should systematically include this antagonistic dimension of collaborations to achieve a full picture of network politics."[author's abstract] |
