Abstract "In diesem Beitrag wird die Methode der qualitativ-psychologischen Forschung des Voice-Ansatzes vorgestellt. Anhand der beispielhaften Auswertung eines Interviews werden die einzelnen Analyseschritte der Methode dargestellt. Hierbei wird insbesondere der Vorteil hervorgehoben, dass widersprüchliche Aspekt des subjektiven Erlebens einer interviewten Person detailliert betrachtet werden können. Zusätzlich wird die Bedeutung von sozialen Beziehungen für das psychische Erleben als zentrale Auswertungskategorie dargestellt. Im konkreten Beispiel wird gezeigt, dass eine qualitativ- psychologische Voice-Analyse eines Interviews ein facettenreicheres Verständnis einer Person erlaubt, als eine klinische Diagnose von PTDS erlaubt." "The article presents voice-centered listening as a method of qualitative psychological research. Taking the analysis of an interview as an example, each of the analytical steps of this method is described, stressing a specific advantage of the approach, i.e., the detailed examination of contradictory aspects of an interviewee's subjective experience. Furthermore, the importance of social relations for a person's mental experience is presented as a key analytical category. The concrete case illustrates that a qualitative psychological voice analysis of an interview allows for a more multi-faceted understanding of a person than a clinical diagnosis of PTDS does."
