Abstract	'Ausgehend von den global-politischen Analysen, die das Aufziehen eines Regimes des Selbstmanagements sowie eines punitiven Turn in der westlichen Welt diagnostizieren, wird anhand der Jugendhilfe in Hamburg überprüft, wie dieser Strukturwandel und seine Rationalitäten relevant werden und wo Widersprüche und Ambivalenzen sichtbar sind.'
