| Abstract | 'Thema dieses Beitrags sind neuere gemeinschaftsorientierte Formen 'sozialer' Kriminalprävention, die zu einem nicht unwesentlichen Teil von personenbezogenen sozialen Diensten getragen werden. Dabei ist das zentrale Argument, dass auch in einem neoliberalen, manageriellen Kontrolldiskurs soziale und sozialpolitische Ansätze aus den präventiven Bemühungen keineswegs einfach verschwunden sind, sondern teilweise sogar deutlich an Gewicht gewonnen haben. Allerdings haben sich im Kontext einer veränderten Konstitution und Regulation des Sozialen, auch die Strategien und Methoden 'sozialer Kriminalprävention' verändert. Eigenverantwortung sowie die Erfordernisse und partikularen Hegemonieverhältnisse parochialer, lokaler Netzwerke geraten dabei in den Mittelpunkt des Interesses. Es wird die These entwickelt, dass die Verlierer, die in diesem 'weichen', auf einer Aktivierung von 'sozialem Kapital' basierenden Kontrollspiel erzeugt werden, gleichzeitig den Kern jener Gruppen darstellen, auf die sich die punitiven, 'post-sozialen' Kontrollstrategien richten.' (Autorenreferat) 'The central issue of this paper is the rise of new community based forms of crime prevention. In this strategies social work is something like a lead agency. The main argument is that even in a 'neoliberal' and managerialistic discourse of control social strategies have not simply been abandoned. However, the contexts of constitution and regulation of 'the Social' have shifted and so have the strategies and methods of 'social' crime prevention. Fostering self-responsibility and an orientation on the demands of particularized and spatial limited relations of hegemony in parochial local networks are in the core of a renewed interest in 'social' forms of crime control. Though I will argue, that the losers, which are produced in the 'soft' game of local and 'social capital' based forms of crime control are very much the same groups, which are the object of more punitive, 'post-social' strategies of control.'
