Abstract In einem Nachruf wird das Lebenswerk von K. Holzkamp (1927 bis 1995) gewürdigt. Dabei wird vor allem auf seine Entwicklung eines subjektwissenschaftlichen Ansatzes in seiner Kritischen Psychologie und seine Rolle am Psychologischen Institut der Freien Universität Berlin eingegangen.
