'Im Jahr 1975 wurde in Österreich - wie in vielen OECD-Ländern - nach einer langen und streckenweise äußerst heftig geführten politischen Auseinandersetzung eine restriktive Regelung des Schwangerschaftsabbruchs durch eine - im internationalen Vergleich als permissiv zu bewertende - Fristenregelung ersetzt.
