| Abstract | 'Bei der Vorbereitung von Delphi-Befragungen sind zwei Aspekte wichtig: erstens die klare Fixierung der Zielstellung der Befragung und zweitens ein darauf basierender Auswahlplan, um die geeignetesten Teilnehmer zu finden. Ausgehend von vier möglichen Zielstellungen werden die entsprechenden Vorgehensweisen bei der Expertenauffindung beschrieben. Abschließend werden Tipps für das Auffinden der Adressen konkreter Personen gegeben.' (Autorenreferat) 'How should qualified experts for a Delphi study been selected? When designing a Delphi-Study you have to tackle two important aspects: firstly, you have to find out the targets of the study and secondly, you have to deal with the selection of the suitable experts. In this paper we discuss four possible targets of Delphi-Studies. Depending on these targets we describe the ways of finding names and adresses of qualified experts.' (author's abstract)| |
