Abstract Ausgehend von der Attacke Norbert Kreitz' auf Georg Hans Neuwegs Konzeption des 'impliziten Wissens' (ZBW 1/2007), der die Einleitung dieses Artikels gewidmet ist (1), wird hier in Anlehnung an die soziologische Erkenntnistheorie Pierre Bourdieus ein erweiterter epistemologischer Rahmen für die Beschreibung, Erklärung und Gestaltung beruflichen Handelns, Lernens und Lehrens skizziert (2), evaluiert (3) und seine Konsolidierung projektiert (4).

Provoked by Norbert Kreitz' radical criticism exerted on Georg Hans Neuweg's conception of 'tacit knowledge' (see ZBW 1/2007), which will be summarized in the introductory section of this article (1), and employing Pierre Bourdieu's theory of sociological cognition, the author presents an elaborated frame of description, explanation and improvement of occupational action, learning and instruction (2). His recommendations will be completed by additional sections referring to the evaluation (3) and to the desirable further development of the model proposed (4).
