Abstract 'Der Einsatz von Informationstechnologien in der Arbeitswelt verändert den Arbeitsgegenstand ebenso wie betriebliche Kooperationsformen und fordert mehr subjektive Leistungen von die Arbeitenden. Am Beispiel der Telearbeit sollen einige Folgen der 'Informatisierung' für die Arbeitsverhältnisse aufgezeigt werden. Zur weiteren Analyse dieser Veränderungen wird das Konzept 'personaler Arbeitsstil' skizziert.' (Autorenreferat)
