Abstract	Neben der theoretischen Deutung der Technik als sachliches Artefakt oder als kulturelles Schema wird der pragmatische Aspekt hervorgehoben: Moderne Technologie gewinnt durch ihre Performanz als Agentur ('agency') und durch die interaktive Verkopplung in einer hybriden Konstellation verteilter Aktivitäten ('distributed action') aus Menschen, Maschinen und Zeichen eine neue Qualität. Anhand von kooperierenden Robotern, Multi-agenten-Systemen und vernetzten heterogenen Systemen des Fliegens wird demonstriert, wie Technik in 'Aktion' zur Umwelt, in 'Interaktion' mit anderen technischen Elementen und in 'Interaktivität' mit personalen und sozialen Systemen beobachtet und gedeutet werden kann. Gegenüber Günter Ropohls Modell 'soziotechnischer Systeme' und Bruno Latours politischer Philosophie der 'Aktor-Netzwerke' wird ein pragmatisch-analytisches Konzept verteilter Aktion und Interaktivitäten in hybriden soziotechnischen Konstellationen entworfen. Es geht davon aus, dass Handlung und Technik nur in Zusammenhängen emergiert, Technisierung ein projektiertes Schema ist, das in unterschiedlichen Trägermedien (Sachen, Menschen, Zeichen) geformt und gefestigt werden kann, und dass avancierte moderne Technologien durch die Verteiltheit der Aktion auf viele und heterogene Instanzen sowie durch gerahmte interaktive Formen statt sequentiell oder hierarchisch integrierte Abläufe gekennzeichnet. The pragmatical aspect of technology is emphasized besides its interpretation as material artefact or cultural scheme: the rising 'agency' of artefacts and the 'distributedness' of activities in hybrid constellations are the two main characteristics of advanced technologies. The exemples of co-operating robots, multi-agent systems, and nested heterogeneous systems of air traffic are used to demonstrate how technology can be observed as being 'in action' towards the world, in 'interaction' with other technological entities, and in 'inter-activity' with personal and social systems. A pragmatical concept of distributed action and interactivities between hybrid constellations is sketched to overcome the weaknesses of Günter Ropohls model of 'sociotechnical systems' and Bruno Latours political philosophy of 'actor-networks'. It claims that action and technics only emerge in larger contexts of activities, that technology is a projected scheme that can be inscribed and incorporated in different media like physical things, humans, and signs, and that advanced technologies can be characterized by the distributedness of actions between many and heterogeneous agents and by the change from sequential or hierarchical to framed interactional integration of activities.
