Despite the fact that Serzh Sargsyan's foreign policy priorities haven't changed much during the second term of his rule, the foreign context and inner processes create a certain intrigue: if Sargsyan's government keeps the traditional line of balancing (sometimes referred to as political complementarity) between Russia and the West, will it be able to get close to the EU and, at the same time, maintain good relations with Putin's Russia, which seems to strengthen the pressure?
