| Abstract | The author has a theory of society which synthesizes some parts of functional system theory and the parts of Neogramscian theory and on the ground of this comprehensive theory the new system of capitalism is analyzed which was formed during the last decades and which is named as the neoliberal or monetarist capitalism in opposite to the earlier version of capitalism (the Keynesian capitalism). The author shows the global power mechanisms of the global capitalism in detail and the transformation of the earlier democratic political structures. |
