Abstract
'Dieser Artikel analysiert das zyklische Verhalten des jährlichen deutschen gesamten Lohneinkommens über 179 Jahre. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass es transitorische exogene Schocks gibt, welche Prognoseinformationen für die gesamten Löhne in einem nicht linearen Rahmen enthalten.' (Autorenreferat)
'This paper analyses the cyclical behaviour of the German annual aggregate wage earnings over 179 years. The results show that there are transitory exogenous shocks which contain predictive information for aggregate wages in a non-linear framework.' (author's abstract)
